International Visitors

CONEXPO-CON/AGG will be the largest international gathering place in 2011 for the construction industries. Show Management is here to help make your week at the show and in the great city of Las Vegas as successful as possible.

Official Letters of Invitation

Letters of invitation in support of your visa application can be requested during the registration process. In order for you to receive your letter, you must:

  1. Register to attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG online.
  2. Once you enter a home residence country outside of the U.S., the system will ask you for your passport number, date of birth and other personal information. You must fill in all required information.
  3. Fill in all demographic questions regarding your business and professional background.
  4. Register for any education and training programs you are interested in (extra charges involved). This is an optional offer.
  5. Pay the admission fee (U.S. $50 for a non-member in advance; U.S. $80 onsite).
  6. After your payment is accepted, you will be taken to a summary screen of your personal information. Click 'View Visa Letter' to open a PDF of your invitation. Print the invitation immediately and save for your U.S. visa interview.
  7. In case you need access to the letter again, you can either save the PDF to your computer or log on to your registration summary. Use your last (family) name and registration ID # which was sent to your email with your confirmation information directly after you first registered.

REMINDER: Invitation letters are not required for the U.S. visa application. They will add to a strong application, but will not make a weak application valid. Make sure to print your registration confirmation to validate for the Embassy that you are in fact registered for the show. Providing proof of hotel and airline reservation will also authenticate your U.S. visa application.
