Media Credentials

CONEXPO-CON/AGG press credentials are available to editorial members of the media. Press credentials allow extended entry to exhibits and access to the show press room and press services.

Please register using the official Press Registration Form — fill out and mail or fax back. Download the form, view the full brochure, or you can request a printed copy.

Important: Please include verification of working press status for your form to be processed. Examples include a business card or masthead page or bylined article with name of publication. Freelance journalists or photographers should submit a note from the publication or media outlet that has assigned them to cover the show.

Media registrations will not be processed without proof of media status.

Note: For housing accommodations, please see the Attendee Hotel and Travel section of the show website. You must be registered to obtain housing.

Exhibitors, please note: Exhibitors who are publications and who will need to access the press room and its services should also register as press. Click here for Exhibitor registration information.

International Media, please note: Journalists previously exempt from the need to obtain a visa to visit the United States may now be required to do so. These rules are in addition to more stringent requirements related to the overall visa approval process, which can lengthen the time it takes to obtain a U.S. visa. All international journalists planning to attend the show should check requirements related to their specific situations, and allow enough time to complete the visa process in order to be able to enter the United States to attend the show.
